Meals of the Month (March)

If there is one thing my family and friends would say about me it’s probably that I could always eat.

And they would be correct y’all.

Seriously. Even after I’ve just eaten, I could probably eat again in a half hour.

I really enjoy food. I’m not a very good cook, and I’m pretty famous for burning most of what I try to make.

However, I have been making some pretty delish Keto/Low Carb friendly meals -not to toot my own horn or anything-

and I’ve been getting so many questions on what the recipes are and such, so I decided to share them with y’all!

All of these recipes are SUPER basic (remember I’m not a good cook) and very easy to make!

B R E A K F A S T – Piña Colada Oatmeal

L U N C H – Bacon Date Tuna Salad

D I N N E R – Honey Mustard Sausage Buddha Bowl

S M O O T H I E – Coffee Protein Frapp
